Jacob Taylor - Director and Lead Physiotherapist For over 10 years now as a physiotherapist, Jacob has been passionate about helping people get pain and injury-free and do the things they love to do. Born and bred in Melbourne, Australia, Jacob graduated with his Bachelor of Physiotherapy degree at Monash University in 2011. Furthermore, Jacob has truly worked with the full spectrum of patients. Jacob has worked with Brisbane Roar Football Club, the NBA, and some of Australia’s best junior elite swimmers and runners. In addition, he has worked doing aged care and with DVA veterans and NDIS clients. Jacob is passionate about combining his passion for sport and movement with helping people get back to doing what they love without pain or injury. In addition, in regards to post graduate qualifications, Jacob has completed his APA sports level 1 and 2, dry needling, and clinical pilates qualifications. He enjoys treating a variety of musculoskeletal conditions. In particular, Jacob especially enjoys helping runners, swimmers, and weights training patients perform at their best and achieve their goals. He loves seeing long-term health change for the better! Kate Badlry - Senior Physiotherapist Kate had been a physiotherapist since 2014 completing both a Bachelor of Exercise Science and a Masters of Physiotherapy at Griffith University here on the Gold Coast. Kate has a wealth of experience in the private practice setting treating and working with elite athletes across a variety of different sports but also the everyday people of the community with neck pain, back pain, and injuries that we all encounter at some stage throughout life. Kate has lots of expertise working with people to rehabilitate following surgery of all types but has had lots of experience with foot & ankle surgery, shoulder surgeries, and knee/hip joint replacement surgeries. All people are welcome in Kate’s treatment rooms. The young, the old, and in between. Anyone in the spectrum of the sporting elite to those struggling with mobility, function, and frailty.
