  Would highly recommend Jayden’s services. Being an active person who enjoys the gym and running alike, recovery is as important as growth. Jayden’s knowledge of the musculoskeletal system is next level. He effectively treats with such skill and profession, and knows exactly how to ease my aches and pains, effectively, to ensure I get the most from my body! 5/5 stars

  I had a really bad flare up of my Lower Back and could barley walk. A friend of mine recommended me to go see Jayden as he swears by him, but he was booked out and he still managed to fit me in. After one visit the pain going down my leg subsided and within 3 visits I had no more back pain. Thank you so much!

  I've had neck pain for years and within one treatment Jayden has made it all gone! He gave me exercises to do regulary to make sure I don't get headaches again. It's been 1 week so far and I haven't had any neck pain! Highly recommend!

  Best therapist in Melbourne! I've had lots of sports injuries over the years from playing sports in Canada. Recently ive been suffering shoulder pain after working hard in Melbourne 6 days a week. I was told by Doctors that id need surgery if i wanted to train or play sports again. Ive never been the one to stop playing sports or training and ive never liked hospitals especially not having private health insurance. I was taking painkillers and i tried every treatment from physiotherapy, deep tissue massage and chiropractic, all of which didn't do much but i was still having issues with muscle tightness surrounding my shoulder down to my elbow and it seemed to be getting worse and even going into my fingers. After seeing Jayden on a friends page i decided to try him out and made contact, after this first treatment with Jayden i was feeling 99% better, I couldn't believe it. Its been one month with Jayden and not only am i pain free, it has been affordable for what I got out of it, and for someone who doesn't have a car over here, it meant a lot to me, for Jayden to be able to come to me and treat me inside my apartment. I try to see him every two weeks, Jayden has recommended ever 4 weeks for maintenance and to continue with the exercise program he gave me. Jayden has assisted with management of my problems with dry needling and myotherapy techniques. I would recommend Jayden to everyone! Jayden is very professional, knowledgeable and experienced therapist, working with AFL players and high profiled athletes!

  I recently saw Jayden for calf pain and shin splints after a marathon which he was recommended from a friend of mine. After 1 treatment I felt 80% better and he also gave me a ball and exercises to further relieve pain. Highly recommend!
