  We were impressed with Zayd's ability to communicate ideas and expectations, he helped us with the initial sketch design of a new home where he listened to our concerns and preferences. He captured our vision effortlessly, balancing aesthetics, functionality and practicality all while being cost effective. He provided a number of revisions as options and made it come to life in 3D which made it easy to visualize and walk through spaces.
