Providing professional support to, Home and Small to Medium Business in the Ballarat region for over 5 years. myITChap is able to provide a tailored solution and cost to most computer and I.T problems. myITChap has flexible hours which makes us available to fix your problem out of our normal business hours (by appointment only). myITChap does not charge by the hour, all of our pricing is solution based pricing making repairs more cost effective and there are no travel fees for coming to you within the Ballarat region, Also there is a no fix no charge policy. We provide a support ticket system that allows you to track our progress on fixing a problem if we have had to take your computer back to the workshop to fix or you have dropped it into us. It also provides an easy out of hours contact method that we will still respond to till around 9 pm most nights. Remote support is available allowing for some problems to be fixed soon after a request for service is received and we have contacted you. Due to the nature of some Virus infections remote support may not be available for the removal of a virus.
