A customer was in a mess, it was affecting their marriage and they couldn't understand why their accountant was costing them so much money. They were subscribing to MYOB online, but only downloading statements and coding them. They asked me to teach them. Ive been doing their books for 7 years.

I love that it all adds up in the end. My favourite is when the books and the accounts match. I love ensuring that everything is coded correctly and that nothing is unaccounted for. Meeting or speaking with a wide range of clients is the most amazing part of the job.
