When asked to rectify these issues, he presented a surprise bill of $2200 for tasks like moving a lemon plant, garden sleepers, and the gate, without prior notice. His workmanship is severely lacking, and he operates solo, contrary to his claims of having a team. He spends his time on phone calls, smokes cigarettes, and leaves without completing much work.
