  Your clarification does not clarify the fact that your boys , as good as they were , were not prepared for the move . They were tired and one of them had not slept till 2 am the previous night. They were extremely slow and dragged the move , which does not make your company professional . So as much as you explain , the disappointment remains and shows how unprofessional your company is.

  The boys were good but they costed us $1500! They took 11 hours for a 6 hour job and asking us to pay the 10 hours worth of money. I was too tired to fight, so I just gave them the money. I am really disappointed and would never recommend Movex to anyone

I would like to clarify some important points about your move: The team worked diligently in challenging conditions with temperatures reaching 40 degrees in Melbourne today (16/12/24). The job included: • Loading and unloading two fully-loaded trucks • Dismantling and reassembling multiple pieces of furniture • 9.67 hours of actual working time • 30-minute standard call-out fee • Total billable time: 10.17 hours While for some reason you estimated 6 hours, actual moving times depend on various factors including inventory size, traffic, dismantling/reassembly complexity, presence of stairs (a lot of your heavy stuff went upstairs) and weather conditions. We charged exactly for the time worked, and all charges were in line with our agreed terms. It's worth noting that our movers maintained their professionalism despite the extreme heat and even when you declined to pay the full amount initially and kept them waiting an additional 1 hour in the heat after their long day of physical labor (we did not charge this extra hour to you). We appreciate your acknowledgment that "the boys were good" and hope this helps clarify any misunderstanding about the duration and cost of the service. Best regards, Team Movex
