At the last minute I was called to say they could not do my job and offered no alternat. Never use these people they let you down at the very last minute. Absolutely disgraceful, you should be ashamed19 Oct 2017
Geoff unfortunately the first job was extremely big , when we arrived the client informed us that all was not going to the other premises , then during the job her siblings arrived and informed us that all was going including a pickup at another address , our staff tried to keep you updated as much as possible and when informing you in the afternoon of the situation you unleashed with fury , abusing our receptionist with profanity and yelling at her , your threats were not tolerated , we tried to give you an alternative but due to your abusive nature the call was terminated , you again called with more abuse and once again our receptionist terminated the call , you where then contacted by another staff member to rectify the situation but again we were dealt with the same attitude , we did offer to complete the job but due to your hostile and relentless swearing and threats we revoked the offer after which you still wanted our services , whilst on our website you did acknowledge your poor behaviour and apologised saying that was not your normal nature . We at movers r us hold our staffs welfare and working conditions as our main priority and due to your aggressive and abusive conduct we refused to offer any further services.James

One truck two men... great result. Marty and Carl's willingness to get the job done was exceptional. Their positive attitude toward work and their friendly nature made our move much easier. No items were damaged in any way and the fee charged for work carried out was very reasonable. After this experience, we would recommend "Movers R Us" to anyone intending to relocate...
