  So quick and easy. Booked on the app in a few quick steps and connected with the mover almost immediately. Loved the truck tracking option and had a really good moving team. Will definitely use again and have recommend to my friends.

  After arriving almost 45 mins early, movers were quite slow and took unnecessary time wrapping some items in plastic which wasn't needed and ended up being removed when job completed. Job took longer than felt necessary and at the other end time felt wasted unloading, despite me assisting and trying to move smaller items to save time (and money). Despite communicating my plan and direction to pack a storage cage specifically (in order to fit everything), they did not follow direction and ended up taking up extra space and told me it was not possible to fit as planned. The next day I unpacked (independently) and repacked to my original plan and was able to fit everything as planned and allow extra room. I ended up quite frustrated at their service and will not use again.

  Hi Kelly, we are sorry that you were not happy with your service. I have investigated this for you and I hope some of these findings may go in some may to reassure you that your Move was completed in a timely and careful manner. The Movers sent you a notification 45minutes before your selected start time. This notification was to advise you that they were en route to your address. With the en route function on the app, you are able to track the Movers as they are approaching your home. You were not charged for the en route stage. The Movers arrived a few minutes earlier than your selected start time and started your move 14 minutes early. Your charges started from this time. You had listed a number of large furniture items in your booking, many of which were delicate. Your Movers blanket wrapped the items and shrink wrapped some of these items for added protection. Some of the cube units were full of small items and the Movers shrink wrapped these to prevent the contents spilling out during the move. While we find that most of our customers are very happy with this extra protection of their furniture, we are sorry it did not suit your needs. The Movers did their best to pack your furniture into a very tight storage unit under your instruction. Your move was from a 3rd floor with stair access to a storage facility with lift access and the total duration was 3.5 hours. Please be assured that this was a very fair and reasonable time and the Movers did their best. Kind regards, Movepal Customer Experience team
