Yes, We are a registered Australian business with all appropriate insurance. We 100% guarantee all our work and back it with our Service guarantee. 99.9% of any issues raised are resolved at first phone conversation with the office.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

In 2008, I started working for a courier company and use to help out my family and friends move houses on weekends in my small Van. I felt sympathy for them(having gone through that every year), hence offered my help and support. Most of my friends commented on how good I was and how careful I have been with their belonging ( ofcourse, I had moved my stuff every year and brought all that experience!) , and some suggested me to take this is as my full time career. This was the start of Move My Stuff.

Many. Customers from different parts of the State call us and share their story about their move and compare it with their previous removalist.The favourite is where Move My Stuff was hired by Australian Football team to move the belongings of players from Melbourne to Sydney.

1. Q. Can friend be laid down?  A. As long as it has been turned off 5-6 hours before the move and is not turned back on 5-6 hours after the move, it can be laid down.  2. Q. Do you have an call out fee, or depot to depot fee? A. No, We do not charge any depot to depot fee or a call out fee. Just the hourly rate for the time you use us.

Customers can save by doing as much as they can before we come. Few tips are: 1. Dismantle their beds 2. Ensure all boxes are packed and stacked as close to the main door. 3. Washing machine is disconnected and ready to be loaded onto the truck

Our Fair charging system makes us very price competitive, without compromising on our quality. Other things include: 1. No depot to depot fees 2. Absolutely No hidden costs 3. Only 1 hour minimum charge 4. 30 min increment only.

We work on a very fair charging system. You only pay us for the time you have used us. We generally do not charge any depot fee, nor a fuel charge. We work on hourly rates . You save by helping out!
