  would never recommend, gave me a paid in full invoice and then a week later sent me a bill for extra money for which i told not paying and then 2 weeks later have taken money off my credit card without my knowledge. the 2 guys i had could not speak much english, my fridge has a big scratch across it. will not even rate them with anymore than 1 star

  Wow, what an experience! Very friendly team of helpful workers with professional ethics. They took stress out of my move & made it a breeze. One of the piece of corner lounge wouldn't fit through any doors due to its angle.I was impressed with the out of box thinking of the team to ensure that my furniture is reassembled with gentle care and planning! All job completed as per the quote with no surprises or hidden costs. No dramas or issues only positive experience. I recommend the business for trusted services.

  Amazing Service, very professional, skilled and competent workers. Nathan & team are collectively very experienced & proffesional. Solution minded, efficient & gentle with both loading - unloading process. We had a very positive, supportive, cooperative & amazing service experience. Afforfable movers eased my moving from NSW to Qld! Highly recommended!

  **Movalist Removalist Company Review** I had high hopes for Movalist, especially after speaking with Erin, the sales consultant, who made the whole process sound seamless and stress-free. She was a pleasure to deal with and really sold the dream. Unfortunately, that dream quickly turned into a nightmare on the day of the move. The day began with a 2.5-hour delay, with zero communication from the company. I had to call more than 15 times before receiving a return call. When the movers finally arrived, the truck was unprepared—there was no tool kit on board as promised, and to make matters worse, the tailgate was broken! It felt like a complete joke at this point. The two movers were unprofessional, slow, and uninspired. They apologized for being late, claiming they were "sleepy," which didn’t inspire much confidence. They were terrible at wrapping items and ended up dropping several things. It honestly felt like hiring a circus instead of professional movers. The situation took an even darker turn when I dared to question the movers about the many shortcomings in their service. To my shock and disgust, they began filming me on their mobile phones. This appalling behavior felt like an invasion of privacy and was completely uncalled for. It was not only disrespectful but also deeply unprofessional. The situation only worsened when the supervisor called me to demand payment. Despite calmly outlining all the issues with their service, I was met with an argumentative response. The worst part came when they threatened to lock the truck with my belongings inside, stating they wouldn't do anything further until I paid the full amount, which, for some reason, was nonnegotiable—even after such a dreadful experience. Movalist charged $180 per hour for this shambles, which is far too expensive for the poor service provided. The whole ordeal was nothing short of a nightmare, and it’s clear that there are far better, more professional companies out there. These companies are better equipped, prepared, communicative, and most importantly, genuinely care for your belongings. If you're looking for a removalist, I highly recommend you look elsewhere. Movalist’s service was a 1 out of 10 at best. I hope this review helps spare at least one family from the nightmare we went through.
