  Outstanding Job on Whole House Paint! I couldn’t be happier with the work done by Mousi Painting. They painted our entire home – walls, ceilings, doors, trim, and even our cabinetry – and every aspect was handled with precision and professionalism. The team was punctual, respectful, and went above and beyond to ensure every detail met our expectations. Their attention to detail was impressive, particularly around edges and in high-traffic areas, which really elevated the final look. They kept our home clean throughout the process, and even made a few touch-ups afterward without hesitation.   Start to finish couldn’t be happier with Mac and Mousi. We had our kitchen renovated in Feb 2024 and a room converted into a butlers pantry and cloak/bag room area and we are so impressed by the finished product and the service we received.   We recently renovated a kitchen and bathroom in our much loved family home. Mac turned our vision for our kitchen into reality. He is a very talented designer whose gift is the ability to listen to and hear what we wanted and merge the dream into a real plan. Mac and his team rebuilt both rooms perfectly. We couldn't be happier with the finish, and the process that made it all happen. Mac’s attention to detail and OH&S policies and practices were exemplary. We moved out of our house during the renovation so that work could proceed. This meant that Mac was able to complete the job in a shorter time frame. Any additional work we requested, that varied from the contract was done and all variation costs were invoiced separately. The invoicing system is clear and transparent. We felt that the cost of our renovation was a good price. Mac doesn't cut corners and he take an active interest in the progress and completion of the job. All rubbish was removed and the site was kept as clean as possible at all times. There is more we could write, we are so happy with every aspect of the work. You will have a great renovation experience if you choose Mac of Mousi painting for your building work.

  VERY UNPROFESSIONAL Before I selected to go with Mousi Pty Ltd. I did receive two other quotes. So, I was able to compare the scope of works. All three quotes came in relatively even for the same scope of work. Half way through the works, Mac confirmed the shower cubicle was only quoted for one side of the tiled wall not both sides (the other two sides makes up the glass shower screen) . Mac charged me another 2K plus GST on top of the quote provided. Mac then proceeded to text me as to why I was being charged of the extra amount. When I received the tax invoice, it was noted, the extra amount was for moving the shower head above the recommended height and not as per his text message to me. I checked this with the worker who moved the shower head and it was confirmed it remained at the required recommended height and was not moved any higher. Mac originally wanted to charge me for two mini skips to remove the hard waste of one shower and one vanity. It was only when I questioned why two, he then reduce it to one mini skip. No mini skip turned up, but I was grateful he removed the hard waste with his work van. Before Mac removing the hard waste, I had the conversation with him that I will remove the hard waste myself, he said "NO, you can't just change the quote halfway through the works, it's what we agreed too." Now that the work is completed I'm waiting on the required certificates to confirm the work was done by a licensed professionals before I make the final payment.
