  During the first few calls they asked questions about what I wanted to achieve rather than simply pushing a "great trainer!" down my throat. In first session, it was highly consultative and my trainer learned a lot about my history, goals and concerns. With that information they have crafted a tailored programme which I'm enjoying and seeing results with.
