We need to have a detailed brief that clearly outlines what the client is wanting to achieve in their project , how the spaces need to work , who will live in them , lifestyle considerations , styles they like , and their budget for the project.

As we are a boutique interior design studio , our overheads are much lower than a large agency so consequently we are able to keep our fee structures competitive .

We charge in two ways depending on the nature of the project . For smaller projects , fees are usually charged on an hourly rate basis , while for large projects  , fees are charged as a percentage of the total project cost.

We specialise in residential and boutique commercial interior design , end to end project management and procurement services . We also offer our own line of custom made furnishings.

Andrew Loader has designed projects in such diverse locations as the South West region of France , Bangkok , Thailand , and Auckland New Zealand . He holds a Diploma in Interior Design from the Institute of Interior Design.
