After many years working in the Patio / Pergola / Carport Industry, Modern Solutions was established in 2010 by father and son team,  Dennis & Darren Wallis. Dennis has many years experience in the design and construction of Patio Solutions, while Darren is a registered builder with specific experience in constructing high quality Patio designs on time and on budget.  At Modern Solutions, we work closely with our clients, listening to their needs and then using our creative skills to achieve the ultimate result. We take the time to individually service our clients’ needs, placing the design emphasis on light, aesthetics, water flow, colours & budget. All of these elements combine to create the Modern Solution to our clients every need.  We ensure we service our clients by providing quality designs that cater to our clients needs, as well handling all relevant Council and Building permit requirements to ensure you receive a fast, smooth & friendly building experience.
