Very disappointed this the service we received. After using one flare to inform the gardener he won the job, he made no effort to make contact and book the job, even though we stated that we wanted the job done quickly. Once i chased him, he said the job would be done Sunday morning or Monday morning. He never turned up to complete the job on either day and did not inform us that he wouldn't be coming. Finally after chasing again I requested that the job be competed Thursday morning and that photos to be text to me to confirm job was complete... Job was done but no photos sent as agreed, only the invoice. Very poor communication and customer service. Will not be using his service again
