Albert was incredibly accommodating considering the small timeframe and short notice he was given and the multiple issues that arose separately to his service, and still did an outstanding job. He also had an incredibly kind and helpful demeanour, and was consistently honest regarding prices and what work was needed. In my opinion he didn't charge enough for the quote he gave us, and even when discussed he stood firm to his original price despite the issues. This meant I was more than happy to give him a little extra, and means I will happily contact to Mid Coast Yard Works whenever I need anything. I couldn't recommend a kinder or more hardworking man.Joan
