yes my comapny and all trades have there insurance.  MY GUARANTEE TO ALL MY CLIENTS , also provide 10 YEAR WARRANTY " If you are not happy with the job , DON'T PAY!!!! "  - This is how confident with all my trades and their skill. (within reason, can't help if there is personal gruge against one of my staff")

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I love using my hands and being creative.  I can see the before and after jobs.  Having a part in this process, being able to say that I was involved in this project and finally walking away with another happy customer . This really makes me feel good.

What do you like most about your job?

See an old bathroom and renovating it towards the clients specifications. Walking away from the job when it is done and the clients having a HUGE smile on their faces. Making the Clients happy is the most important than the payments or money rewards after that. When my clients are happy , they will be telling all their friends about me.

How long have I been in this industry? Come and see my previous jobs and meet my clients.  See with your eyes with the finish product. I dont like talking myself up but spedn some time to come and see my old jobs and meet my old clients.

I am reliable, quick and have a very strong and reliable team of tradies that are very loyal to my company and clients. If i can't do somthing , i will not promise the client. Do onto others as you would like to be done onto  you. I am a man of my word and always stick to my sceduled due date. My reputation is more important to me than the money i make, and this is how i have lasted over 10 years in this business.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

1. All materials on site before we start demolition. ( my No 1 rule ) 2. Buy all the materials from my tile warehouse and bathroom fitting shop .( i can definately offer trade prices to my clients) 3. Be VERY certain of the design and do not change anything once we commence the work.     ( more changes means more work , this will increase the cost and finish due date.

What makes your pricing competitive?

My pricing is competitive is because  - I provide trade prices on all the materials are bought in my Associates warehouse ( tiles and tap fittings ) - Once the quote is given , I NEVER change or give excuse why i can charge more half way through the build.  This is very UNPROFFESIONAL and not fair on the client. -

I usually meet on site and find out what the customers need and wants. Throw some ideas untill they are happy with the design. After gathering all this information, i can finally come up with a FIXED price and EXACT scedule from start to finish.

I specialise in fixing other doghy tilers jobs.  Also specialize in victorian style bathrooms Top end house builds ( lates build was a $3.5 mill house in hillaries) My bread and butter is renovating budget bathrooms with moisture and damp issues ( waterproofing )
