  I genuinely believe they come pick up your TV then call you back ina few days with an exorbitant quote so you'll either say keep it or return it. my TV needed backlights and everywhere has quoted $200 Max, this lot wanted $650 on top of the $143 I'd already paid. seriously avoid this company.

  No problems with collection and assessment of my TV. A part was ordered and the TV was tested but a problem was found and it needed a new part and this made it too expensive to fix because the set was nearly 20 years old. Melbourne TV Repairs graciously accepted the costs.

  DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY!!! This is the worse service I ever had!!! I paid $143 for the TV pickup, and after a very expensive quote of $860 for the motherboard replacement, I refused to go ahead. Because I refuse to pay for the expensive labour cost, they returned the TV with 5 new scratches & the worse part is they smashed the LCD screen from the outside with a hammer & screwdriver across the TV!!! They refuse to pay for the damages, now I'm going to VCAT & consumer affairs to stop crooks from what they do to consumers.
