  Stay clear of Jamie. I believe maybe once he worked with qualified concreters. Now it is just him with a few travellers he hired as labourers. Driven by getting cash quick, he overcommitted to the works and walked off halfway through our 110m2 concrete pour bc it "is f^&*d" (his words). He has gone to ground since and we are over $10k down. He is not responding to messages or letters and this has been taken up with VCAT. It's hard trusting reviews on the internet, but do you research and ask the 2 main exposed aggregate suppliers in Melbourne's SouthEast. They described the pictures as "worst concreting job they had seen" and subsequently will not supply him. We should have gone with our gut from the start.
