We are fully insured and garuntee our work, if you feel we have missed something that you wanted done then give us a call the same day and we will come back and rectify the issue. In three years we have never been called back :)

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

My background is 15 years property management and I had a family and decided to start my own business as I had many dodgy cleaners in the past. We started with a lot of Real Estates and then word of mouth got round about the high end cleaning and housekeeping service we provide and now we have 4 staff that are long term, professional and lovely.

Doing a clean for free for a family in need, they had many kids and recently times had got touch, so we offered them a free clean and a team of us went in and spring cleaned the home from top to bottom they were so amazed as was arranged without them knowing, we like to give back when we can :)

Looking after ou rfamilies and the respect and trust they have in us, to have minimum or maximum cobtrol in their home. Most of them give us the key and we maintain the smallest to the biggest homes, we take pride in our business and work

Hoe long have you been cleaning? What products do you use? Do you come with 1,2 or 3 people DO you have a system that ensure good time management? DO you empty bins? polish taps? and go the extra mile?

Do they have initiative...... So many families have cleaners that just try get in and out as quick as they can, our lovely staff treat our clients as if there own as well, they need to keep them happy and want to as well, so they have all been shown how to look for things that need doing, dont wait to be asked, over service rather than under service SHOW INITIATIVE and this is why we have the name we have today as our service will always go the extra mile and give value for money.

Our professional background, we are not just your average cleaner trying to make a buck, this is our business and what provides a lifestyle around two young kids and being there for them. So we always make sure our clients have their expectations exceeded.

Why should a customer hire you over another service provider?

We also use the most beautiful products that leave your home smelling amazing every time. Of course we will always mop, vaccum, dust but we will also:  * Change the bed sheets  * Take out all the rubbish  * Open the fridge and wipe it out  * Wipe down the cupboard fronts  * Vaccum out the kitchen draws  * Polish all the taps and silver appliances   This is just a few examples of what we do when we are there. Its hard to find cleaners that have initiative to see what needs doing different each time and just get in and do it.   We are owner operated and very passionate about what we offer our clients and always looking for ways to go the extra mile......Our experience and expertise allows you to get more bang for your buck along with our equipment and products.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

Due to our experience we do not need to come on site, we just need to know the average condition of the place, how many bedrooms , bathrooms and living areas and any special requests.

Its ok to have a messy house, hence this is why we are coming, but if you want us to spend an hour picking up and basic cleaning before we start our heavy cleaning then this will eat into your time and money

We will offer 50% discount on carpet cleaning when a end of lease clean is required and 10% discount for one flare customers on our first job we do for ongoing clients.

What makes your pricing competitive?

We are not the cheapest nor the most expensive, there is an average hourly fee of $35 per hour The main point is that we are very experienced and great products and equipment that we get so much done in the hourly late, all our clients have commented on this.

We are based on job or hourly rate, it starts from $80 per hour and three hours is $105 and four hours is $140 on average. Due to our experience we get through a lot in the hour compared to most and our top quality equipment and products ensure a high standard and time efficiency

We specialise in regular cleaning, carpet cleaning and window cleaning. We are also experts in re sorting cupboards and de cluttering. If you don't know where to start, then give us a call

My experience is 15 years property management so we know what is required for end of lease cleans and ensure that no call back or extra fee's will be required after our first quote.  three years in looking after our regular clients that are still with us today, shows that we don't get complacent like many cleaners. We also go the extra mile to spoil our clients with extra areas cleaned each time
