  Throughout the purchase process, we were very satisfied with Jodie's professionalism, attention to detail and excellent communication skills. Jodie went above and beyond to ensure we were able to perform due diligence on (a) contract (b) Section 32/vendor disclosure statement and then sign contract in a timely manner. Then, Jodie took the carriage of our file and helped us throughout the transaction so that we were able to secure satisfactory outcomes. When we faced difficulties with the vendor's legal representative over outgoing adjustments, Jodie professionally handled the matter while protecting our interest.
