  I've worked with Marc for a number of years and have always found him easy to deal with. Marc manages his projects effectively and communicates well with resources and management stakeholders alike, delivering to stakeholder expectations. He balances the demands of the project with the needs of his resources and works to ensure that the requirements of both are balanced. Overall, very happy with the work he performed on my website.

• Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?

  About a month ago I met up with a client who wanted consultancy help with his website, the website looked fine on the outside but the client was having issues with the backend. He couldn't easily update the site and edit it's features. So in the space of about 4 hrs we completely reworked his website and gave it a new theme along with a great demo of all the useful new features it had. Now he is able to update and work on his website himself!

• What do you like most about your job?

  What I love most about my job is that it gives me the freedom and flexibility to do work I am passionate about. Everyday I get the opportunity to help customers who are having issues with their websites and to give a professional level of service back to them is incredibly rewarding.
