Yes we are insured. We provide a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with the work we have completed we will gladly come back to discuss and rectify any issues. This needs to be done before any reviews are left and we would hope that you are left happy with the results.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

Lifestyle change. After over 10 years of Fly in fly out work it was time to come home and give back time to my loved ones.  Working on solar panel installations, commercial cleaning contracts and property maintenance for other businesses is were I gained the skills and experience to start and manage the business.

Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?

A client had recently had a solar system installed on his roof and had received his first quarterly electricity bill since the installation. Realising that the system was not producing anywhere near what he was promised by the solar salesman, he got in contact with us for a panel clean and inspection service. We found multiple issues with the newly installed system including dangerous exposed wiring (insulation sheath had been stripped off the cable due to poor workmanship), massive shading of the panels due to poor placement on the roof, loose end clamps that secure the panels to the rails and poor cable management. We prepared all of our findings into a report for the client who then presented it to the solar installer. The installer made preparations to fix it the very next day due to fear of CEC (Clean energy Council, regulatory body) involvement. The customer was full of praise for the work we conducted and the content and presentation of our report.

What do you like most about your job?

Meeting clients. Most clients are friendly, warm and fair. The reasons they use our services and help is varied. They are usually too busy, don't have the right equipment, don't feel safe climbing ladders or being on roofs or sometimes their health is too compromised to complete some tasks. There is no singular reason for using hired help. They are all worthy reasons.

We provide firm quotes before commencing any job. You can pay with cash, EFTPOS (Square card reader carried on board our service vehicle) or direct bank deposit
