  Do not use as I strongly regret it. My property purchase was a simple one, due to there being no chain, but the lack of communication from Ken and Kwanghoon Joo made it an extremely stressful process. I constantly had to chase them up and often received incorrect advice. They even checked my contract before I signed it and advised me that it was all good but it turned out once we had gone unconditional that it had an illegal deposit amount listed. I was even told to send the deposit to an incorrect place which then made me miss the deadline in the contract. Thankfully the owners were onboard to see this through until the end. To add insult to injury, their costs ended up being $300 more than what I was originally quoted. They definitely are not worth $1,140 when all they did was frustrate me with their lack of knowledge and professionalism. Avoid.
