20+ years of experience and still in the business of training NSW Health professionals on how to use job specific software. All software repairs are quoted prior to any work being carried out and if we can't fix it we will tell you at the time of diagnosis then refer you to another professional who can diagnose and provide a quote.

All of our training services are delivered ....  1. Onsite at the customers choice of location with their current computer and software 2. With the customers training requirements in mind 3. Charged at an hourly rate 4. Over a period of time as chosen by the customer as opposed to over a 4-8 hour day

Training - Learning outcomes, customers level of competency, type of computer and software currently loaded.  Repairs - Type of computer and software currently loaded plus the current issues or upgrades required.

For our training we require an active connection to the internet with the computer, smartphone etc switched on before arrival. We also ascertain exactly what learning results are required to ensure the session is delivered with the key features of the training within the session.

Similar services for training are provided with pre designed course matter delivered over 3+ hours.   All of our training is customised and based on what the customer wants to learn and how they learn in the most efficient manner. This ensures that both the cost and time taken to deliver the training is reduced overall.

How do you normally charge for your service?

Computer Training Sessions for up to two people   •$80.00 for one hour then $60.00 per hour thereafter per session •$120.00 for two hours then $60.00 per hour thereafter per session  Computer Training Sessions for groups of between three to six people  •$300.00 for two hours then $120.00 per hour thereafter  Software and Hardware Repairs, Updates and Installation Services   •$75.00 for the first hour then $60.00 per hour thereafter plus   The total cost of any software or hardware provided to complete the service plus   A surcharge of 10% on the total purchase price of any software or hardware supplied where applicable
