We get to work in many different industries and with many different people. This helps us build our experience and at times reapply some of our experience, tips and tricks on something completely different for a different customer.

The most important thing is "What do I get for my money?". Some business win the tender by offering the cheapest price but then there is no support afterwards or the end product is not good quality. If you need their help for minor things they continue to charge you and that's how they rope you in.

Most important is to know exactly what you want. To do this: 1) Write down what your business does or what you want to develop. 2) Find actual examples you really like e.g. a current website  3) Prepare text and images you want on your site or artwork

We will offer unlimited basic support and advice for any of our Oneflare customers. Some companies charge for every minor edit to a website (e.g. replacing text). We don't do that.

Not always. Sometimes people are after advice or want a really simple website or hosting. As there are some low cost options available we can sometimes direct people/businesses to these options.
