    I have such a big passion for exercise and movement, that dragging my friends to workouts wasn't enough. I decided to completed my Master Trainer & Certificate IV in Fitness to become a Personal Trainer through the Australian Institute of Fitness. So I could help others and share my passion.

  • What do you like most about your job?

    I love seeing my clients progress. Whether it's learning to deadlift with the correct form or hitting a Personal Best in their weights they're using to a fat loss goal. Reminding my clients where they started and seeing them be proud of their achievements is super rewarding.
