MAO Architects is a boutique architectural studio running by a Registered Architect who is passion on design and attention to details. The Architect is supported by a strong support team includes senior technicians, technicians and architectural graduates. We offer an obligation free initial design consultation, feasibility study, sketch plans and a complimentary 3D artist impression image (hero shot) to express our design intention for any project. We don’t charge until clients are happy with proposed design and giving us a go head. We will then submit our fee proposal to be formally engaged as your Architect.  We are qualified and licensed to provide full Architect Services include 1. Concept/schematic design 2. Design development 3. Town planning/ development application 4. Construction documentation 5. Contractor selection 6. Contract administration We understand in some case clients may not wish for full services we do provide partial services.
