  I've been trying for years to get my health and diet right. Menopause causing thyroid issues and weight gain. One morning I googled nutrition and AF Health came up. I booked in with Kelly from other positive reviews . It's been 4 weeks and I've never felt so good. 🙌 So much more energy, I'm losing weight and all the Team have been wonderful. I only wish I found them sooner. It is a costly experience, but how do you put a price on your health and well being. If only the government were as happy to subsidies it as they are pharmaceutical options that are only the bandaid fix.
