I've been working with David now for close to a year. He's highly dedicated to creating a program that's right for you and adjusts programs to keep them interesting. My main goal has been to focus on weight training. Over the last year I've seen a big improvement in technique and increased weights being lifted. I can even manage weighted chin-ups!!! I'd highly recommend David because of his dedication, he listens to what you want to achieve and ensures he creates a program that delivers results.Matt

David has been my PT for around a year now, I came to him with low expectations as I have tried PT’s and dieting before and they hadn’t worked well for me. I expressed to David my desire and need to lose weight but also build a stronger and fitter body. My programs have been strength-oriented which suit my competitiveness but also David keeps the programs interesting so that training doesn’t become a mundane chore. David has taught there is so much more to training than the quick fix and has helped me improve my overall fitness, strength and confidence over the past year. Through David's guidance and support I have been able to shed 25kg in just under 12 months and maintain that loss with more still to come. I have been working with David since the beginning of the year, he has always made the time to not only concentrate on my training but also look at the bigger picture to help me achieve my goals. I have been training with David for over a year now, I was referred to him after a very stressful time in my life. I knew I was not the usual kind of client who wanted help with weight loss and "toning". I needed something different, I needed help to increase my general fitness and to build my strength, both physical and mental. David took time to listen to my concerns, and wrote programs specific for me to boost my confidence and build my physical strength. I now look forward to our sessions at the gym, I plan my week around them as consistency is so important to keep moving forward. I can honestly say and I'm stronger and fitter than I have ever been. David has been my PT for about a year now, I came to him with low confidence and I expressed that I wanted to build my strength and speed for soccer. My programs have been sport-oriented which suits me perfectly, Dave has taught me so much about how to train in a way that will improve my performance on the soccer field. I have improved my fitness/speed/strength and confidence over the past year because of David's guidance and advice. I would highly recommend Dave as a suitable PT for people with varying goals and capacities, as he is very knowledgeable and understanding.

We are insured. We guarantee from the aspects of health & fitness that we can guide/control and we will deliver, however achieving a health/fitness goals depends largely on a balance of things that the client must get right when away from the gym. This includes sleep patterns, diet & stress levels
