I am not insured. I can only offer you my extensive knowledge. I do not want to increase my prices and you need to be aware that I can only offer you my services with you knowing that I am not insured.

I love computers and I love helping people with their computer issues. I wouldn't do any other job and the fact that I am good at what I do only helps. Try me and you will be impressed.

I love it when someone gets excited about technology. I was helping a 93 year old man in North Sydney. I setup Skype for him so he could talk to his family in Denmark. He was the happiest man I'd ever seen after a very long training session with him. But he got there in the end

I get to meet lots of different people are have all different levels of computer skills. The youngest person I have helped was a 3 year old and the oldest was 98. Not a bad spread hay!

Do you understand my issues. Have you dealt with this kind of issue in the past. Do you think you can fix this issue in a timely manner. Do you guarantee all your work? What happens when you leave and something goes wrong. All good questions to ask

How come my computer slows down after a certain period of time? The most common answer is magnetic hard drive's or more over the lack of soild state hard drives. This fixes most of the issues when I install a SSD into your computer.

You need only meet me to understand why I love what I do and why I do it so well. I am trustworthy but only you can be the judge of that. I can only offer you my best solution and the decision is up to you. All I can tell you is I have never had a single complaint.

I'm very good at what I do. I expect professionalism when dealing with people I hire so you can expect nothing less from me. Just pay my bill when its due is all I ask :)

I need to know the issue, how the problem arose, how long the issues has been happening. What are you expecting for my services and what solution do you want me to go down. I usually give more than one option to fix or modify the issue.

make sure you have a working and current backup. Have all your internet service providers passwords and usernames. Have a list of 10 things you want completed and ensure that you are happy with the speed of the work being offered.

I normally charge $180 per hour. I would like for a short time to offer $150 per hour with no call out fee as long as you are in the eastern suburbs of Sydney. Again I guarantee all my work. If I don't fix the issue I don'y charge a cent.

I charge more than most but I am faster than most too. Its important to be able to surmise the situation quickly and then deploy the correct fix or suggestion.

per hour rate chargeable in half hour increments after the first hour. I do not charge a call out fee if you are in the eastern suburbs

I deal with all aspects of computing. From Unix, Windows, Mac, iOS, Android, VMWare. I have not meet a challenge I have not mastered

25 plus years in IT. I work full time in a multi-million dollar business and am looking for extra work to save up for my kids education.
