  Initially quote low rate for the job and made lots of promises to win the continuous contract. After a week of contract, the cleaner did not show up without giving us any notification. The company asked us to clean by ourselves and sent someone who had no experience left the job half done the next day. On the third day, we received a message saying that they need to increase 1/4 of the rate otherwise will not send any cleaner. We refuse to pay for the second week two days undone job, and the company is threatening to use a debt collector and sue us. Running a small business is hard enough. We are not here for all this rubbish.
