  I booked this company 3 weeks before my move date when I sent sms as requested clearly with expected time of between 8 - 9 am to start the job and received a confirmation sms that they will do the job and insurance is included. They didn't turn up on the day and when I called them after 30 minutes the guy said he cannot tell me when the truck may arrive because I'm booked in as a second job. I called several times again and finally the guy responds after 12 pm and tells me that I'm in a hurry and I should book someone else. I called several other companies but no one could do it at last minute. I called this company again and the guy kept stringing me along until 8.30 pm and even then he tells me that truck may arrive after 1 hour. He kept telling me that he is doing me a favour by answering calls throughout the day. He didn't care about the amount of inconvenience he had caused and still didn't tell me honestly that he had double booked someone else and just disregarded my booking which left my young family completely distraught. We switched off the fridge 2 hours prior and transferred some food to the new place in the car in the anticipation that the move will be completed as per the booking but we had a lot of food go off and had to throw it out. I managed to book another company the next day luckily but at a very expensive sunday rates so AVOID THIS COMPANY EVEN IF THEY OFFER YOU THE BEST RATES AS THEY WILL STUFF YOU AROUND AND WONT CARE ABOUT IT.

  The truck did not arrive so I called to confirm that it was coming, after a few texts back and forth I was told the truck had broken down and they would find me another one. When one did arrive eventually we were 4 1/2 hours behind schedule. The 2 men that did the job were friendly, professional and efficient. If not for the truck breaking down I would have rated this company highly.
