We have public liability insurance up to $10 million. We cannot gaurantee to remove all stains. Some stains are set. But we do gaurantee you will not receive a better clean.

Each franchisee has their own reason. Generally because they want to be part of the best team. Our business turnover has nearly tripled in the last 7 years. What better evidence is there of a great businesss?

During a storm, a dog left outside a house, while everybody was out, jumped through the window to get in, seriously injuring the dog. By the end of the day, there was blood all over the house. We were called in after 1 of our competitors, unsatisfactory attempt to clean the carpets. The result was sensational. A gauranteed repeat customer.

What questions should a customer ask to hire the right service professional?

Accepted Answer

Do you power vacuum the carpet first? Most important. If you don't, you are just creating mud, before trying to remove it. How long do the carpets take to dry? Anything more than 2 hours is above industry standards for dry cleaning.

What questions do customers commonly ask and how would you answer them?

How long will my carpets take to dry? Your carpets are generally walk on dry within half an hour to an hour. Occassionally a little longer.  Do you gaurantee to remove all stains? We cannot gaurantee to remove all stains. Some stains are set. But we do gaurantee you will not receive a better clean. If we cannot remove a stain, then nobody can.

We are a franchise company. Our franchises are owner/operator franchises. In other words the owner of the business is the person who does the work. Nobody cares more for their business then the owner, so you can be gauranteed the person doing the job will do their absolute best to produce the best result possible. We are there to provide a sensational service, because our goal is to secure you as a long term customer.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

Number of rooms. Any rooms over 18 square meters, just class as 2 rooms or 3 rooms if larger than 36 square meters. We will quote based on that. When we get there we will measue up and confirm the price.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

Accepted Answer

Do not waste your time with DIY solutions. Do not use home remedies. Warm water is the safest home remedy. Get the professionals in to do the job. Home remedies work some times, but more often then not they compound the problem.

If you book both carpet cleaning and upholstery cleaning in at the same time you will receive a $20 discount. If you book your neighbours carpets in to be cleaned at the same time as yours, you both receive a $10 discount.

How do you normally charge for your service?

Accepted Answer

We have set prices for different quantities of rooms and seats. All our prices are listed on our website. We do charge extra for some stain removal products if we have to use them. That is because they are quality products. Quality does not come cheap.

Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?

We are dry cleaning specialists. We import our products from Texatherm in the UK. Texatherm products are designed specifically with dry cleaning in mind. Other products on the local market can be used for dry cleaning, but they are designed with steam cleaning in mind. Its like using a flat head screw driver to undo a star screw. It will work most of the time, but you would be far better off using a star screw driver.

All our franchisees receive on the job training not only from the franchisee from whom they buy the business but also from the other franchisees. Being a small franchise group, all franchisees know each other and are available for telephonic consultation to each other should the need arise.
