Most customers ask us for an hourly rate, or a square metre rate. It's just not that simple, we need to discuss your requirements first and make sure we can deliver what is required, then we'll talk about money. Our rates are generally always considered fair and reasonable.

We've been working in the commercial cleaning industry since 1995, and over the years we've learned a lot about doing things the right way. Our business is privately owned by a local family, and we love what we do.

We need to know a few things but generally well ask what type of business you operate, what type of property you'd like cleaned, the approximate size of that property, how many people work in the property, and frequency and proposed timing of the cleaning service required.

Always ask for details of the proposed contractors level of experience, ask for pictures or examples of their previous work, and follow your gut instinct. If an offer sounds too good to be true, it probably is.

How do you normally charge for your service?

We work off a pre-agreed set fee which is calculated using an equation of considering the tasks required, the tools required to complete those tasks, the number of people required to complete the job, the timing of the job and an estimate of how long we think it will take.

We specialise in carpet cleaning, hard floor cleaning and polishing, window cleaning, shop and showroom cleaning, laboratory cleaning and data centre cleaning.

What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?

Brad learned how to professionally clean carpet in 1995, then in 1999 he learned how to professionally clean glass, then in 2002 he learned how to scrub, strip, seal and polish hard floors and in 2003 he established his own business which has been operating ever since.
