  Unfortunately, I can't leave a good review. I was not happy with the cleaning service. Communication was great initially. I posted the job on a Sunday evening, they were the first ones to respond, which is why I went with them. At the time I thought the price wasn't too bad ($290 for a studio apartment) got some offers that were cheaper and some more expensive. I asked if they can provide an invoice as well, they said yes. They asked about parking, I said there is no parking, but we can make the price $320, so they can pay for parking, which they eagerly accepted. Turns out the cleaners were dropped off to the site, so didn't even need parking. I was told the job would take around 2-3 hours and it's better that I'm not there while they are cleaning, so I left to take some things to storage. Understandable that they might not know exactly how long it might take, but when they called me a bit after an hour that they are nearly done, I was surprised it was so fast. They waited for me, but were already done and waiting to leave when I got back (took me about 15 mins from when they called). It looked good initially, I didn't go wiping every surface with my finger. So I paid and let them go. Next day was the actual moving out day at 5 pm. Before leaving I wanted to double-check that I had not accidentally left anything there and ensure everything is decently clean (landlord didn't get professional cleaning before I moved in, which showed here and there). That's when I discovered that many surfaces were dusty. Didn't think much of it at first, wiped it down as I went around the apartment. But eventually I got tired of having to do or re-do a lot of the things that I thought were done. On top of that, there was a pot that came with the apartment. It wasn't in a very good shape when I moved in, but I successfully used it for over 1,5 years without braking it. They didn't even tell me they broke it. It was in a cupboard, only discovered when I went to double check I didn't leave anything in there. In conclusion, I have to say I feel like I way overpaid for the service provided and am very disappointed. The job felt rushed and like they were just looking to make a quick buck. I wouldn't recommend their services to others and wouldn't use again myself. Also, didn't get that invoice I asked about in the beginning and after the job was completed. P.S.   Gave a fixed price quote of $310 didnt ask for the size or photos before providing quote but asked for more money upon arrival,saying its too big and dirty.wouldnt do it for less than $500. The job was not completed they had to rush to get to another job. Windows not cleaned, shower screen not cleaned, lots of surfaces were still dirty.The agent pointed out many issues with the cleaning, me and my husband had to do lots of extra work to clean it ourselves.
