  Luke WOULD have been fine bit the call centre took my postcode NUNDAH/WAVELL HGTS then put me tjeough to Luke at YERONGA. My case was an emergency as a sandwich toaster wax left on. Call centre need to KNOW brisbane suburbs!!! Thank you Luke you were very polite.
