  The job took a lot longer than it should have and when customer frustration set in due to no real progress, the entire job should have taken two and a half days not the 5+ that it did. I called and spoke with Luke who stated he had taken the day off sick so only Blake had been there. After a discussion I told Luke I had had enough and to pick up his tools that he was finished he then made threats against me and then hung up on me and when I called back immediately he would not answer. I have never had to tell a trades person not to come back until this job. Blake is good bloke you can talk to him.When he arrived back on site he was quick to make apologies on behalf of Luke, so I let Blake finish the job and made it very clear that Luke was not to come back at all. Later that evening Luke called because Blake had relayed to him my order that he was not to come back at all and then again Luke abuses, threatens and insults you at a school yard level and makes other threats against you. I would consider using Blake again for other landscaping work but certainly not with Luke. Overall possibly the worst experience I have ever had with a contractor. Luke originally quoted $480 inc gst and materials on One Flare.

  Luke responded quickly and gave a prompt quote which was quite reasonable for the job. I haven't seen the finished project but the tenant was happy enough. Will happily use in future and recommend.
