• Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

  I hold professional liability insurance through LawCover and am part of a Professional Indemnity Scheme through the Law Society of NSW. I work to the best of my ability at all times and will inform you if the work is outside my area of expertise.

• What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

  Conveyancing is done at a flat rate plus disbursements. We don't charge more just because the property is worth more, as we recognise the work involved from a legal perspective is the same. Wills are also done on a flat rate and it depends on whether you require a simple will or more complex. A simple will is where someone only has assets in Australia, no blended families and no testamentary trusts.
