we are not very busy at the moment but gradually we will. More time is needed to spent on new customers. Also for those emergencies, we have to follow emergencies come first rule. we must finish all paper work before the deadline otherwise a penalty is generated according to the agreement.

Acutally my customer Browny is one of my neighbours. Most of evenings, we gether together at our "big brother" Trevors to talk some jebrish. One day, Browny said his accountant is moving to the east and he starts worrying about his BAS report. I showed him my business card and in a sudden we all laughed because everyone even forgot here's an accountant among the neighbors. Since taken over, he is never worried.

1. It's very flexible; LQ is home based, so we don't have to suffer the traffic jam but work at home instead; 2. More concertration on our customers; We don't use ads battle but sign our custormers in and know exactly what they need. 3. Cost minization in our own business so we can charge our customers cheaper.

My answer is that we offer bookkeeping and accounting serivices, including monthly BAS return (Monthly BAS preparation and lodgement ) from $150/M, quarterly BAS return (preparation and lodgement) from $150/Q, monthly financial report( balance sheet and profit and loss report) from $500, annually financially report (balance sheet and profit and loss report) from $800, FBT return (schedule preparation and lodgement) from$100, bookkeeping on site( AR AP Payroll etc) from $50/ hr, bookkeeping off site from$40/hr. Also fixed tate accounting service packages are available. we would like to know what your business require and design a suitable package for you.

1. Annual turnover; 2. Practicle workload, like how many invoices per day; 3. Services required, if customers would like to do all bookkeeping, we only need spread sheet to do the rest; or if customers are extremely busy, we can do all parts.

we normally charge our customers based on what they require. Under a certain amount of annual turnover, we charge for the service monthly, quarterly or annually. There is only slight difference in value depending on workload.

Besides basic services, we are specialise in taking care of your account or doing your reports and the rest if you do your bookeeping. We are also specialise in other services like company registration, indepent audit, accounting analysis and business situation analysis, cash flow and budget etc.
