Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

We pay for insurance per event. This works out cheaper for the business as each event requires a different amount of our team. We promise to do the best with each situation in regards to our photography and videography. We guarantee you will enjoy your wedding day and have some stunning memories captured.

Will you require customers to share their COVID-19 vaccination status?

Accepted Answer

Negative. We just asked that couples and their guests are responsible and wear masks if they are feeling unwell on the day of the wedding.

What COVID-19 measures do you have in place?

With 8 staff we are equipped to replace ourselves shall we fall sick. Covid is pretty much over now and we are treating it like the flu.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I was doing commercial photography and some friends and family started asking if i could take photos at their weddings. I feel in love with the wedding industry and i have built an amazing team that now offers amazing value to our couples.

We were privileged to witness a stepfather officially adopting the brides son during the wedding ceremony. I cried!

Make sure all photographers and videographers you are considering have cameras that record to dual memory cards and make sure they have an amazing personality!

What questions do customers commonly ask and how would you answer them?

Couples will normally ask about payment options and deposits. For services under $3000 we charge a 50% deposit and collect the remaining 50% 4 weeks before the wedding date. For services over $3000 we split the payments into 33%|33%|34%.

We are trusted by main other vendors and that is only achieved by turning up, making sure couple of the past have had fun and loved our work. We are a fair business and we will work with you to make sure you get what you are expecting from us.

If you love our work and we are within your budget there is no reason not to at least consider us. A photographer will spend more time on the wedding day with the bride than the groom will. For this reason it is important to find someone that matches your vibe. We are either your team or we are not.

Services required. Ceremony & reception location. How many hours you are expecting us to be onsite. Honestly the best this to do is to reach out and tell us about your wedding and your expectations and we can discuss multiple options for you to pick from.

Our bigger packages that are photo and video together are great value. We even have a package that has a photographer, 2 videographers and a DJ for 6 hours for $6799. We offer value on packages that are unbeaten for the service and quality we provide.

The best we can do is ask you to reach out and talk to us. If you want a package that exists on the website you will get value. If you want to talk to us directly we can give you exactly what you need at a fair price.

What makes your pricing competitive?

We work on volume of couples. We can cater for up to 5 weddings per day depending on the services booked. Up to 2 of our larger packages per day. We aren't the cheapest and we aren't the most expensive. We do however do everything we can to make sure you get value for money.

There are way to many factors that go into pricing. Each wedding is very different. The packages have a built in margin that keeps the business sustainable.

We have a team of 8 and we all have different strengths. I am an all-rounder. I can personally deliver high quality images and videography. I have worked in many fields of photography and with each field i have picked up a set of new skills. I love what us photographers call the hero shot. I love photography that makes everyone say.... Wow!

What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?

Our whole team is self taught. We all have had mentors and paid for online courses from other photographers that are located all over the world. No tafe or uni degree will make a photographer great. Experience, curiosity and practice will build a great photographer.
