  I cannot tell you how thankful I am for the kindness and understanding this gentleman offered me last night. I had lost my house keys while out walking at 9pm, called to ask for help. After quoting a fee and arranging for him to come out I amazingly found my keys in the grass on my way home. I called him back asking to please cancel. He was nothing but kind and understanding and I am so very appreciative that people like that still exist in the world. Thankyou. If ever I need help in future you will be my first port of call.
