Little Boat is a design led architectural, interiors and property development services company specialising in boutique residential and commercial projects. We are based in sunny Brisbane Australia. Launched by Michelle Donnelly and Mark Damant, Little Boat Projects goal is to bring a sense of joie de vivre to all the projects we have the pleasure to design, manage, or develop. As Director of Development and Interiors, Michelle works closely with Mark and their trusted team of experienced consultants and collaborators to bring unique and user-focused solutions to the market, whilst also ensuring commercial outcomes are achieved. Mark is Director of Architecture and is driven by a commitment to strong design and architectural outcomes that contribute value to the urban design context.
