Level Architects

Level Architects is a design-led practice specialising in residential projects, interiors and mixed-use developments. We offer our clients a highly bespoke service from the initial meeting through to project delivery. Level Architects was established by Minoo Samadi since 2012. Minoo is a registered architect (NSW ARB no. 9617) with a Master of Architecture from the University of New South Wales. Minoo has worked in a number of practices across Sydney over the past 9 years including Woods Bagot, TKD Architects and AC Architects, and her experience covers a variety of building types from private residences and small retail fit-outs to large multi-residential and landmark public buildings. This experience means Level Architects is confident in delivering projects of any size. “What we really care about is delivering a design that responds to the client’s brief, budget and of course its urban context. Every commission has its own unique characteristics and there are always extensive around the table discussions to understand each client’s goals. Working with the budget is probably my favourite part - good projects are not always on a big budget!” Level Architects work on a range of project types including, new residences, alterations and additions to existing buildings, multi-unit residential projects and mixed-use developments requiring SEPP 65 compliance and interior fit-outs for commercial and residential premises. We provide services including, concept design, design development, documentation to meet regulatory requirements including development applications (DA), construction certificates (CC) and occupation certificates (OC), construction documentation, contractor selection and contract administration.
