I was a little disappointed in the clean. I asked for the "spring clean", which I was told included windowsills, fans, cobwebs, surface dusting, floors and bathroom. While my floors and bathroom were well cleaned, none of the windowsills, fans or general surface cleaning was done. I had specifically wanted these done as they're things I don't normally get to myself. On a positive note, the bathroom & floors were done well.Kellie
