I started to be interested in massage when I personally started to experience the benefit of it. Since a little child, I was living an active life, tried a huge variety of sports and martial arts. For me, besides the complimentary stretching, massage was an absolute way of help to regain my flexibility and recharge my energy, since it is not just a perfect way to relax for the time you spend on the table but in general, an absolute promotion to calm your nervous system and let nature heal itself.
