We were invited by a client to look at a printer with a melted transparency inside. The manufacturer could not attend for 3 days and there were 20 people using this machine. We found and replaced the part and the client was so happy that they offer us all their printer service business.

We need to know make and model of the printer and as much detail about the problem(s) with your printer. Also write down the serial number especially if you are logging the service call on our website. Please also provide a purchase order if you wish to be invoiced for the repair work..

1. Check for small pieces of paper stuck in printer, these can be very small corners easily missed unless you take the time to look for them. 2. Note down precisely any errors or lights displayed on the printer.  3. If there is a burning smell, turn and unplug your printer immediately.
