Our business has been around for over 34 years on the Gold Coast and Tweed Coast.  We guarantee all of our workmanship and products.  Our insurances are all up to date including all of our licences for both QLD & NSW

We deliver all of our services in a reliable fast turnaround and can always be with you within 1 hour from when you initially call for our help. We also offer an emergency service because we care about all of our customers’ needs which is why we have developed the excellent reputation we have today amongst our local industry.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

It is always best to know all of the details of your house which include roof type, access into roof, wall type, details in apartment, unit, town house, duplex or house levels (1 or 2).

Are there any special offers you would like to offer to Oneflare customers?

Our company is offering a special rate for air conditioning service for only $66 which includes pipes, filters and head unit clean.  We will also check the gas levels.

What makes your pricing competitive?

Our company does not charge call out fees unless there is an after hours emergency call out.  We are very competitive in our pricing which is $88 including GST for the first hour of labour and then after that charge in half hour blocks.

How do you normally charge for your service?

Our rate consists of a minimum charge rate of 1 hour ($88 inc GST) which includes an hour of work as well.  We then charge in half hour blocks after that. Unless there is emergency after hours calls we do not charge a call out fee.

Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?

There seems to be no job too small or too big in our industry.  We have worked on from the smallest of jobs doing maintenance to some of the largest commercial building fit offs.  We are also specialist in the air conditioning area with the supply, installation, servicing & repairs.
