Had to repair my sons laptop, as he dropped it days before NAPLAN. I was originally told by JBHIFI that it would take 4-6 weeks, if they sent it off for repair. I went in to Laptop Rescue, was quoted the next day free of charge and repaired it in less time than he originally told me. I highly recommend Laptop Rescue for the overall experience from the moment I walked in to when I pickup the laptop. So happy with the repair and we had it back in time. Best customer service and very reasonably priced.... took my daughters lap top in on a Monday, got a free quote by the next day as promised, and the lap top was fixed by a Friday .. Great service I highly recommend them.Adam
